We at HomeQuest are pleased to announce some great news for real estate agents in Arizona. In early March, a vendor agreement was reached between HomeQuest and Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS) that makes it possible for any active real estate agent in the ARMLS coverage area to easily become a HomeQuest user. Prior to this agreement, offices that wished to access HomeQuest were required to submit a data access request. Now it’s a quick and painless process, which makes everyone’s life easier!

With a new CEO and a new progressive outlook, the future of ARMLS appears brighter than ever. We have witnessed a transformation that now puts ARMLS at the forefront MLS technology. This is good news for agents in Phoenix because these advancements will strengthen and simplify the daily life and operations of its members. The new website ARMLS has adopted (http://newarmls.com) is easily accessible, constantly updated and contains a wealth information regarding what’s happening in the real estate world.

On a side note, we are up to date regarding the ARMLS switch to flexmls® Web in July and we do not anticipate any interruption of service for HomeQuest users.
